The steps are as follows:
1. open the security folder like the following;

3. right click on System Volume Information-proprties-security-select advanced-then select the owner user name select-existing-checklist can replace owner on ... ...
4. Present existing data on the System Volume Information can already be removed by selecting the data in the data-over and delete.
